Job Description

The Apprentice participates in and executes the entry level department functions (Designation of Apprentice) in accordance with Fortrea and/or sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The apprentice will assist the senior members of the team to develop and price proposals, and assist the department to improve operations and track key performance metrics, for example by:

Following departmental processes for team allocation, pricing and proposal development.
Creating reports and tracking metrics for the function
Analyzing pricing methodology and effectiveness
Maintaining the departmental knowledge systems
Supporting senior members of the team to price new opportunities and change orders.

Education / Qualifications / Skills:

Education: University / college degree (life sciences, health sciences, information technology or related subjects) or a certification in allied health professions from an appropriate accredited institution
Skills: Demonstrated Computer literacy, including basic understanding of programming (any language, eg VBA, R, Python, SAS, or others) Basic understanding of medical terminology and overall knowledge of Clinical Research Attention to detail. Ability to work in a team.
