Shift:  12:30 to 9:30 PM IST

Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance

Role & responsibilities

We have multiple openings for our US based clients.

• Accountant: 0-2 yrs experience in core end to end accounting operations
• Sr. Accountant: 4-7 yrs experience in P2P process, strong team management skills, and communication skills
• FP&A Lead: 4-7 yrs of experience in Planning and Analysis, strong hold on various rations, forecasting, and budgeting.

Preferred candidate profile :

Competencies/success factors 

• Strong excel and analytic skills. Well-organized and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude to working in a demanding and intellectually challenging environment.
• Good communication skills 

Required education and experience

• Strong Excel and Analytic skills
• 2+ years of related experience on an accounting or reporting team.  
•  Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience. 

Preferred education and experience

• Experience in a similar position at a health insurance company. 
• Experience leading people and working collaboratively across the organization. 
• Experience with US-based insurance companies.
• Practical experience in statutory reporting.
