Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, help guides, system operations, and release notes.
• Work closely with engineers, developers, and product managers to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, easy-to-understand content.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for a wide range of users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in documentation standards and guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, with a strong understanding of documentation tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to work with technical teams and produce high-quality content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages, software development, or engineering concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems and version control tools (e.g., Git, Confluence) is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
