Desired Candidate Profile

EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE WITH DATA ENTRY PROCESSING SKILLS. POSITION IS AT NEW DELHI LAJPAT NAGAR. CANDIDATE WOULD WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH BACKEND TEAM AND WILL BE REPORTING TO MANAGER. GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS VERBAL AND WRITTEN PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH & LOCAL LANGUAGE ARE MANDATORY. COMPUTER WORKING (MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL) IS MANDATORY & EMAIL ETHICS IS ESSENTIAL TO DEAL WITH TOP INDUSTRY CLIENTS AND MNCS.

Role & responsibilities/JD

• Data processing / entry in the Software received through E-mail / WhatsApp from the Safety Trainers.
• Preparation / generation of MIS and other REPORTS.
• Scanning of Certificates / ID Cards and pasting of Holograms to update & record the details in the Software.
• Updating & maintaining of Master Data Sheet with details of all training status, certificates dispatch details etc.
• Follow-up from the trainers, for timely submission of training documents (Hard copies)
• To prepare and issue duplicate or corrected certificates & ID cards & maintaining different Forms & to file them properly.
• Maintaining of courier record on daily basis & mailing tracker details to the respective clients.
• Liaise with the concerned person / department regarding customer queries and complaints.
• Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
• Explain products and service features to clients & pass on leads to the concerned team, if applicable.
• Update customer information such as change of address and phone number when requested to do so.
• Follow-up calls with emails if required.

Preferred candidate Skills

• Candidate with good - computer skills (MS Office) and should be technology oriented.
• Good communication skills verbal and e-mail writing etiquettes & written proficiency in English & Hindi are mandatory.
• Having aptitude for administrative and office work. & email ethics is essential to deal with top industry clients and MNCs.
• Keen to learn new skills and processes. Ability for adapting to corporate culture, teamwork capabilities, as required in competitive service industry.
• Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
• Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
