Job Description: Mid-Level UI/UX Designer (In-House Design Studio)

Forbes Marshall Design studio] is seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic in-house design studio. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create innovative and engaging digital experiences that align with our brand identity and user needs. Responsibilities:

User Interface Design:

• Create visually appealing, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Utilize design principles, industry best practices, and user research insights to inform your design decisions.

User Experience Design:

• Conduct user research to understand target users' behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and iterate on the user journey.
• Implement usability testing and incorporate feedback to enhance the user experience.

Visual Design:

• Design high-fidelity mockups, icons, and graphics to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual language and guidelines across all digital products.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and

objectives.

• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and

implementation.

Design Strategy:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of design processes and workflows, Trends and Innovation:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Explore new design tools and techniques to continuously improve the design process.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3-4 years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and problem-solving abilities.

Design Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

UX Research:

• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design ideas and rationale.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to feedback from stakeholders.

Time Management:

• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight

deadlines.

Passion for User Experience:

• A genuine interest in creating exceptional user experiences and solving user

problems.
