On average 8-10 health mapping reports and offers are to be generated on a weekly basis. c. Conducting Training and knowledge sharing sessions for the customers to improve the uptime and for the right O M practices. d. Delivering uptime e. Owning and improving the grid uptime, the target is to achieve 95% uptime of FM assets in the grid. f. Grid - The MRO engineer owns a grid of 80 -100 customers.
Goals: Business is generated through proactive coverage of all grid customers for regular inspection health mapping of all the steam system and instrumentation products several times in a year.
