Candidate Profile :

BE Mech / Electrical with 4-8 years of experience in sales or Business Development in Industrial Automation, Marking & Traceability Solution / Steel Segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company's products and services of CMS, Dot peen Marking Machine, Laser Coding Machines, Automation solutions etc.. This role typically involves managing business associates and relationship building with end users. It requires close coordination and collaborative approach with cross functional teams.

Job Description:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share in the SPM and Automation Industry.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts and closely monitor sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth and areas that need improvement.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's SPM and Automation products, staying informed about new developments and features.
