As a Property Sourcing Specialist, the primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire properties that meet the criteria and needs of our business. You will be tasked with researching, analyzing, and negotiating real estate deals to ensure optimal project opportunities. Your role will require a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for doing projects.
- Analyze property listings, market trends, and comparable sales data to assess profit viability.
- Evaluate properties based on criteria such as location, condition, potential for development, and projected return on investment.
2. Deal Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Utilize various channels, including real estate agents, brokers, property owners online listings, networking events and others, to source potential properties.
- Negotiate purchase terms and pricing with property owners or their representatives.
- Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, title searches, and financial analysis, to ensure the feasibility of project.
3. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on property sourcing activities, market trends, and potential investment opportunities.
4. Market Knowledge and Strategy:
- Stay informed about local and regional real estate markets, including emerging trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of property sourcing efforts.
- Identify and recommend creative solutions to overcome challenges and optimize investment outcomes.
Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in real estate sourcing or property acquisition.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, including market dynamics, valuation methods, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with real estate industry tools and resources.
