Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment: Oversee the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees
• Employee relations: Handle employee queries, promote a positive workplace culture, and resolve employee concerns
• Performance management: Create and implement performance appraisal systems, monitor employee performance, and provide feedback
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Onboarding: Conduct induction programs and introduce new employees to the company
• Payroll: Oversee payroll and benefits
• Grievance handling: Formally address employee complaints, concerns, or disputes
