Job Title: Equity Research Analyst (Fresher)

Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CFA Candidate (Level I/II) to join our team as a Junior Equity Research Analyst. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in US equity markets, bonds, fixed income, derivatives, and forex markets. You will work alongside experienced professionals to build your skills and contribute to impactful research and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting comprehensive research on equities, bonds, fixed income, derivatives, and forex markets in the US and global markets.
• Support in building financial models, conducting valuations, and analyzing market trends.
• Help develop strategies and hedging techniques involving derivatives such as options, futures, and swaps.
• Monitor macroeconomic factors and market indicators affecting asset classes and investment portfolios.
• Prepare research notes, investment reports, and detailed presentations.
• Work closely with senior analysts to support equity and fixed-income strategies, including derivatives-based analysis.
• Stay updated on global financial developments, regulatory changes, and derivative market trends.

Key Requirements:

• CFA Level I/II Candidate or recent graduate with strong interest in financial markets.
• Basic understanding of derivatives (options, futures, swaps) and their applications in risk management and hedging.
• Knowledge of financial markets, particularly equities, fixed income, and forex.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic exposure to financial tools (Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and highly adaptable in a dynamic environment.
