Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer & Technical Lead to take full ownership of the architecture, development, deployment, and evolution of a complex full stack web application. This is a leadership role that starts hands-on youll own the initial development of the platform and then scale into a team-building position, where youll be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing engineering team.
You will set the technical vision, establish engineering practices, and lead the delivery of a scalable, secure, and maintainable product. If youre ready to build both the system and the team behind it this role is for you.

• Architect and develop a full stack web application using C#, ASP.NET / .NET Core, and modern Microsoft Azure services.
• Lead all phases of software development, from design and implementation to deployment and support.
• Define the technical roadmap, choose the right tools and frameworks, and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Recruit and build out the engineering team, including technical interviewing and onboarding.
• Establish and enforce best practices in software architecture, code quality, testing, DevOps, and security.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, including databases (Azure SQL), App Services, and networking.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs and connect to third-party services where needed.
• Deliver responsive and intuitive front-end experiences using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align product vision with technical execution.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure smooth knowledge transfer across the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of full stack web development experience, including complex application architecture and production delivery.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET / .NET Core, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Deep experience with Azure DevOps, Git-based version control, and agile project methodologies.
• Strong front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, with attention to responsive design and UX principles.
• Demonstrated experience integrating and developing RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to lead and scale technical teams from hiring and onboarding to mentoring and managing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
