Location: Delhi, India (Remote)
Monday to Saturday working (6 days) 10:30am-8:00pm work Timing and on Saturday- 10:30am-5:00pm
Holidays will be as per UAE Calendar
Candidate should have there own Laptop ,Wifi, Android Phone ,Power backup
Candidate should have 2 wheeler with valid driving licence

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Partner Relationship Executive to join our team remotely from Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and sales. This role will focus on generating leads and creating strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential partners that align with the companys business objectives and growth strategies.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partners and expand the companys partner network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners receive the necessary support and resources to succeed.
- Monitor and report on partner performance and sales activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close partnership agreements.
- Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful business relationships.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and strategies for lead generation and partnership development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
