Lead Engineer QA Automation

Job Decription :

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead QA Automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and executing automated test strategies for complex software products. You will lead a team of QA Engineers, working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of our software products meets the highest standards. For some parts of the solution there will be an opportunity to create proofs-of-concept, consult business, conduct audits of existing solutions to evaluate their effectiveness and determine whether and how they can be improved.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead QA Automation will service as the Technical expert defining test design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Lead a team of QA Engineers in creating and executing automated test cases to ensure the reliability, stability, and compatibility of our software products.
• Closely work with Business/Manual testing team in identifying test automaton requirements.
• Analyze test results, identify, and document defects, and work with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform review / audit for the test automation done by the Test Engineers
• Manage and maintain Testing Suite in CICD, Own Test Automation Sprint.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining Test automation tools & test infrastructure.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices. Create and maintain document repository for all testing artifacts.

REQUIREMENTS-

• 7-8 years of hands-on automation experience.
• Expert level of knowledge in Test Automation (frameworks, tools, execution result analysis & report publish).
• Strong knowledge of at least 2 programming languages. Preferred ones are: Java, Python, Groovy and .NET
• Strong knowledge of architecture and ability to suggest different automation solutions based on architecture specifics.
• Solid background in testing internal / external services integrations (using REST/SOAP, microservices, SOA)
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle software development processes, approaches, and methods (Scrum & RUP)
• Performance Testing knowledge is preferred (with Jmeter)
• Hands-on experience of SQL is required.
• Provide Daily & Weekly Testing status report
• Strong communications skills.
