As an Agile Coach, you will work with some of the smartest people in the industry to deliver market-leading energy storage products and services and digital applications for renewables and storage that enable the global clean energy transition

In this role, you will:

Coach an amazing group of engineers in self-management, collaboration, and value delivery

Choose the right Agile tools and frameworks for the right conditions and apply them to lead a positive, productive, and efficient team

Support Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders in using proven techniques for effective backlog management

Evaluate, manage, optimize, and document Agile tools and processes (e g

JIRA, Confluence, etc,)

Facilitate ongoing product development processes and reporting

Coordinate process improvement initiatives that optimize product development and delivery

Experience applying Agile methods to cyber-physical products (integrated hardware + software products)
