Job Description
- Location Andhra Pradesh, India (Preferred from Visakhapatnam)

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored branding solutions that align with their brand s identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional
campaigns and initiatives. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market
opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 2-3 years experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the plastic industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, google tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales strategies.
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitor analysis.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. - Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as required.
