Store Manager furnishing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales targets.
  
• Oversee floor planning, merchandising, and visual display to create an inviting shopping environment.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of products from vendors and maintain accurate records of stock levels and orders.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance by ensuring proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in retail or related field (furniture & furnishing).
  
• Strong knowledge of home decor, interior designing, flooring, carpeting, wallpaper, curtains etc.
  
• Excellent sampling skills for fabrics/textiles/linens etc.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
