About the Role
We seek an exceptional AI Engineer with a robust background in emerging technologies, specifically large language models (LLMs) like GPT, LLAMA, BERT, and transformer-based architectures. Your role will involve fine-tuning and optimizing these models for our AI wealth technology platform, ensuring they seamlessly integrate with our systems to enhance user experience. This position demands a blend of technical prowess, innovative thinking, and leadership, ideal for someone passionate about applying AI within consumer fintech.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap that aligns with our strategic business goals.
- Lead the technical design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of end-to-end AI features.
- Innovate in data management, strategically using embeddings to improve the relevancy of vector search.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to integrate AI technologies across applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, including advanced prompting techniques, AI agent construction, and in-context learning workflows.
- Contribute groundbreaking ideas for future AI initiatives and technology integration.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, agility, and innovation within the team, contributing to strategic planning and the overall technological direction of the company.
Qualifications :
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields, with a focus on deep learning, neural networks, and generative AI.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML, with expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and optimizing large language models and transformer-based architectures.
- Profound knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and in-context learning workflows, including data preprocessing, embedding, prompt construction, and execution.
- Demonstrated experience with API integration and the development of AI agents, showcasing the ability to test and design AI performance and reliability measures.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, with a thorough understanding of software engineering best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
