Project Support
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Provide ongoing support during project implementation and deployment phases.
7. Change Management
- Assist in planning and executing change management strategies.
- Support end-users with training, documentation, and adoption of new processes or systems.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in the Fintech domain.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Documentation Skills: Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and wireframes.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Balsamiq, Figma, or similar.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
