The Technical Consultant is a vital contributor ensuring that Flexera products are onboarded and configured to meet customer needs and goals.

This role involves understanding and prioritising technology intelligence, providing expert consultation, and delivering functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations.

The consultant will support customers through their journey, ensuring the realization of technology value and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:.

Deliver Flexera solutions, integrating with surrounding technologies to meet customers' business outcomes.

Ensure timely achievement of customer success through best practice onboarding and adoption strategies.

Provide credible and relevant technical consulting services, including scoping, estimates, and solution designs.

Support delivery team management in setting customer expectations and maintaining ongoing communication.

Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Assist in technical knowledge transfers and share best practice advice.

Support delivery of specialist value training and contribute to content development processes.

Utilize commercial awareness to highlight opportunities for adapting project scopes to ensure the best outcomes for customers.

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Professional Skills:.

Product Skills:.

Domain knowledge to an expert level in one product set, and preferred working knowledge in two or more product sets.

Flexera FNMS Upgrades.

Flexera One.

ITV.

Snow SLM Upgrades.

Snow Atlas.

CCO.

SAP.

Engineering.

Snow4Engineering.

Productivity Optimizer.

App Broker.

Risk Monitor.

Digital & Tech Skills:.

Base knowledge of the following:.

Computer/Hardware Networking.

Data Science & Analytics.

Delivering Cloud Computing Services.

Using Customer Relationship Management Software (e g, SFDC, Gainsight).

Using Collaboration and productivity software.

API programming (e g, Powershell or equivalent) Graph QL.

Knowledge of a 3rd Party ITSM tool (e g, ServiceNow, BMC).

Domain expertise in Core SAM Technologies.

Domain expertise in Snow Products (e g, Automation Platform, Risk Monitor, Commander, Snow Cloud Cost).

Data {expand on Data capabilities} Relationship DB etc Security working knowledge of applying SSL Certificates,Dot Networking working knowledge of concepts.
