Counsellor

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Counsellor with a background in Clinical Psychology and a passion for supporting mental health in an educational setting. 

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an educational institute and the ability to promote emotional well-being and personal growth in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.
• Facilitate group workshops on mental health, life skills, and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to support student well-being.

Qualifications and Skills:

• M.A. in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university (recommended).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an educational institute (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling diverse age groups, particularly young adults.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of ethical practices and confidentiality standards in counselling.
