Electrical & Automation Head Job Overview:

Electrical & Automation Head has the responsibility to learn and develop panel wiring & PLC automation for all Fully automatic machines as per the industry & company standards under the guidance of senior assembly heads and take it further to rigorous testing and trial runs at our factory. He also will hold the position to understand the fully automatic machine requirements and develop the panel wiring and PLC automation programming as per the standard requirements. The person holding this position also has the responsibility to develop the team of juniors and provide regular trainings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and development of Control Panel and panel wiring.

• Work allocation to subordinates and closely monitor the team members performance.

• Responsible for understanding the projects requirements and developing the panel.

• Prepare Electrical BOM and purchase requisition and Project manual preparation

• Collaborate closely with the mechanical design team to develop the products.

• Provide the training to subordinates and develop the team.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues discovered during the machine testing.

• Perform calculation & selection of Motors, Drives, AC, Load calculations & cable selections based upon application & design standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong knowledge in PLC Programming and HMI screen development

• Good technical understanding and troubleshooting skills

• Must have handled automation independently

• Strong knowledge in both analog and digital sensors.

• Hands-on working experience in AutoCAD/E-Plan Designer

• Broad domain knowledge in motion control units of servo motors and pneumatics and control units

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5+ years experience in Automation field

QUALIFICATION:

• BE-EEE / E & I /Mechatronics

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
