Key Responsibilities:
- Keep a track of the region's profit by ensuring the growth of customer base, sales figures, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that appropriate sales goals are developed and achieved.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain productive, profitable and friendly business relationships with clients, and potential clients
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to promote the company and generate new business opportunities.
- Take appropriate actions to increase the visibility and stature of the organization
- Review research, feasibility studies and business plans to develop strategies for the improvement, development and customization of products and services
- Create appropriate strategies to ensure competitive edge
- Conduct and assign market research and analysis
- Promote the mission and values of the organization both internally and externally
- Assess operational issues in regards to competitiveness, staying current in terms of current trends and innovations
- Stay up to date with external and internal developments in the environment for identifying new market segments
- Carry out feasibility studies/business plans for product or service improvement, customizing, re-modeling and new product / service development
- Create marketing campaigns for new products and services including budgeting and expenditure planning
- Responsible for overseeing the production of brochures and other print materials as well as electronic materials
- Develop a process to gather continuous feedback from clients
Required Professional Expertise
- Experience in building deep customer relationships
- 15+ years' experience in Sales and Client engagement, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
