We are specifically looking to hire young entrepreneurial talent who want to be part of the core founding team of an amazingly unique business in India with a great potential to learn and grow with the company. Roles and Responsibilities An opportunity to be at the frontline of the business and be part of the overall business strategy that would include; product conceptualization, sales, distribution & marketing efforts of the company and increase the Customer and Distributor base and execute the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for all the products and services of the company. Key Deliverables Executing solution selling, planning and strategic deals. Managing technical aspects of responses. Initiate active relationship management through continuous and effective engagement with Developers, Distributors (particularly Real Estate brokers), IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), Banks and Wealth Management Companies and their Relationship Managers. Communicating client and channel partner needs to Product Team and collecting competitive intelligence. Strengthen the distribution and sales network to the maximum possible extent across the country through online and offline connects. Skills and Experience required Must have an entrepreneurial mindset to be able to be part of the core Founding Team. Prior experience in Real Estate Sales, Channel sales, B2C Sales, Distributor handling, Online sales. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point).
