DevOps Architect - CI/CD Pipeline (11-15 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Architect to lead and design robust DevOps strategies, infrastructure, and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and modern application development practices. You will work closely with engineering, IT, and product teams to enhance scalability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

DevOps Strategy & Architecture :

- Design and implement DevOps strategies to improve development efficiency and system reliability.

- Create scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure using industry best practices.

CI/CD Pipeline Management :

- Architect and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines for seamless code delivery.

- Automate testing, integration, and deployment processes.

Cloud Infrastructure :

- Deploy and manage scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems in [AWS/Azure/GCP].

- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and security.

Automation & Scripting :

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.

- Develop custom scripts or use tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for automation.

Monitoring & Incident Management :

- Implement robust monitoring and logging solutions to track application and infrastructure health.

- Lead root cause analysis for critical incidents and recommend mitigation strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Act as a liaison between development, QA, and operations teams.

- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to DevOps engineers and other team members.

Security Compliance :

- Ensure security best practices in all DevOps operations, including data protection and identity management.

- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud computing, or related fields.

- Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

- Strong programming or scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).

Certifications :

- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred.
