Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET IAM Developer to design, develop, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET technologies, IAM frameworks, authentication/authorization protocols, and security best practices. The role involves leading a team of developers, implementing secure IAM solutions, and integrating with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead IAM Development : Architect, design, and implement IAM solutions using .NET technologies.
- Authentication & Authorization : Develop and integrate authentication mechanisms using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, MFA, and SSO.
- Identity Governance : Implement role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and privilege escalation mechanisms.
- Integration : Connect IAM solutions with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, and other IAM providers.
- Secure API Development : Develop and maintain secure APIs and microservices for IAM workflows.
- Compliance & Security : Ensure IAM solutions comply with NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Incident Response & Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve security incidents related to IAM.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Strong expertise in IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and identity federation.
- Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, LDAP, JWT, and MFA.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Okta, PingFederate, or other IAM platforms.
- Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Solid understanding of encryption, hashing algorithms, and security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications in IAM or security (e.g., CISSP, CIAM, Microsoft Identity Certification).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud security.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and modern IAM best practices.
