Job Summary Team Lead Job Description Team Lead is responsible in assisting with planning and scheduling production/supervising the production process and TAT as per the SLA. Ensure error free timely delivery of output for clients. Should possess a better understanding of the industry and adhere to the company policies/procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the Real Estate Market in terms of title, deeds, maps, property formats.
• Understanding the basic nature of the US Title Insurance domain and specifically related to Property Search Reports like Current Owner, Two Owner, Full Title & Update Products.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure team members meet performance goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround times, accuracy rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and develop improvement plans as needed.
• Assisting with planning and scheduling production and supervising the production process and TAT as per the SLA
• Drive operational excellence initiatives for projects through process improvements/automation.
• Troubleshoot/Analyze any issues faced with the teams and provide appropriate information for completing the process with help of Quality Controllers.
• Setting a communication protocol to the stakeholders on the process in timely manner
• Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, resolving concerns promptly.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification - Graduation
• Minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Hands-on experience with loan origination, processing, underwriting, or servicing.
• Should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
