Overview:
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales within assigned geographies and segments by managing the entire sales lifecycle - from lead nurturing, proposal crafting, deal negotiation and closure. This role is pivotal in establishing a robust presence in target geographies and segments, increasing market penetration, and contributing significantly to the company's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Execute GTM strategy across new geographies/ segments/ target accounts assigned.
- Identify and work with partners to define and implement market entry strategies.
- Participate in industry forums/workshops/events to generate leads and insights.
- Gather and relay feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings and positioning.
- Generate leads through campaigns, references, and networking and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Drive opportunity management: map key stakeholders, identify needs, present solutions, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skill Requirements:
- Passion for BFSI, Data Analytics, RegTech domains.
- Proven ability to sell solutions to the Banking and Financial Services sector.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and active listening skills.
- Strong presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint, audio/video tools).
- Solid conceptual understanding of banking regulations, analytics, and risk technologies.
- Excellent networking and time-management skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA from a reputed B-school.
- Prior exposure to Banking/BI/Analytics industry or technology companies serving BFSI industry.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in SaaS sales/ enterprise software sales/ pre-sales/ marketing or other relevant roles.
