Manage employee life cycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits administration.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, addressing employee relations matters with professionalism.
Drive employee engagement programs to build a high-performance culture.
Identify and address training and development needs, designing and implementing programs to upskill employees.
Monitor and analyze key People Ops metrics to identify trends, inform strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, proactively addressing any gaps.
Support performance management processes, coaching managers on providing feedback and fostering employee growth.
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and policies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to people operations.
Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop People Ops strategies that align with business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skill Set Requirements:
2+ years of experience in People Operations, preferably in the IT industry.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of labor laws, People Ops policies, and best practices.
