The Customer Support Executive will provide online demos and customer support to CAs and tax practitioners, ensure customer satisfaction and provide technical support on various products and services.
Qualifications
- Should have at least one year of experience in software support.
- Should have basic knowledge of taxation.
- Should have good communication skills and will to learn new things.
- Fluent English speaking is a plus.
- Candidates who have worked in Tax support are preferred.
