1.1 The employee will have to visit our other clinics for any procedures or society or school camps as & when required.

1.2 The employee shall not take any academic course or pursue any other studies during his/her appointment with the employer without the employer's prior written permission.

1.3 The employee will be a full-time employee of the employer, and will not undertake any commercial activity of any nature outside. In case, the employee is keen to participate in any Surgeries or Technical Assistance or Paid Training programs it should be preapproved in writing by the employer, and a copy of the relevant supporting documents and commercial arrangement will have to be submitted at the time of seeking such approval. In case the employee engages in any commercial activity outside the present employment, without the written approval of the employer, then the employer reserves the right to terminate the employment, with immediate effect, without complying with the requirement of a prior notice period or payment of salary for the said Notice period.

The employee shall adhere to all the rules and regulations of the employer, discharge all his/her assigned tasks and responsibilities, and not be involved in any act of moral turpitude such as misappropriation of funds, poaching, sexual misconduct, etc., failing which the appointment shall be liable for termination immediately at the discretion of the Management without assigning any reasons.
