Role & responsibilities
Finance
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support international expansion (Subsidiary; Branch Office, etc.) and export activities.
- Assess and analyze financial risks associated with international transactions, such as transfer pricing and profit booking.
- Develop strategies to hedge against currency fluctuations.
- Preparation and submission of applications to financial institutions for financial assistance in the form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits, and timely follow-up for necessary sanctions, documentations, and disbursements.
- Develop organization prospects by studying revenue opportunities, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement, and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
- Financial Analysis
- Buyers-wise and product-wise Gross margin analysis, variance analysis, and monthly reporting to management.
- Monitor regular pricing and costing of products in coordination with the marketing and procurement department.
- Set standards for overheads and profitability, and monitor the actual performance.
- Banking and Working Capital
