Job Title: Financial Analyst- R2R GL Accounting

About the Role: Financial Analyst for Global Finance Operations plays a crucial role in preparing and reviewing the work to maintain and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position includes data analysis, report generation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to support the operation.

What will you be responsible for?

• Work closely with the stakeholders to review and ensure accurate recording and analyzing reports of General Ledger.
• Perform and review set up and modification requests in ERP system.
• Generate and review invoices generated by team members.
• Perform and review Balance Sheet reconciliations covering cash accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Deferred Revenues, Other Accrued Liabilities etc.; Closely monitor and resolve all aged open items and make sure balance is properly supported.
• Active participation in performing and review of month-close activities and work with Providence Entities and stakeholders to have strong controls in place.
• Generate, analyze and review monthly reports as requested by Onshore team and resolve queries.
• Perform and review audit deliverables during audit.
• Must be able to build strong and enduring relationships across levels in the organization and facilitate collaborations, transparent communications, and alignment between diverse constituents.
• Actively involved in planning and executing the whole transition.
• Understand end to end process of R2R- general ledger accounting and guide junior members.
• Identify areas of process improvement, standardization and automation.
• Experience on working with Oracle ERP would be a plus.

• Qualified - B.Com/M.Com/ MBA Finance/ CA/ CA Inter/ CMA With 4 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in R2R- GL accounting.
• Excellent communication skills and cross -departmental collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel and process improvement.
• Experience in working with global stakeholders.
• Night shift role, PST time zone.
