About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team, providing essential support for financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this role, youll work primarily during night shifts to align with our US-based operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, with experience in preparing financial statements like balance sheets and profit & loss statements, as well as monthly and annual reporting. Your responsibilities will also include managing cash flow projections, investor funds, and supporting treasury activities. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Financial Statement Preparation: You’ll assist in the preparation and analysis of key financial reports like balance sheets and P&L statements, ensuring they’re accurate and align with company policies.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual financial results with forecasts, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making.
• Revenue Recognition: Support the revenue recognition process, ensuring that it’s in line with the relevant accounting standards and reported on time.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and plans that align with the company’s goals and strategies.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Help finalize monthly and annual financial reports, including reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet reviews, ensuring everything is accurate and completed on time.
• Cash Flow Projections: You’ll prepare and monitor cash flow projections to ensure we have enough liquidity to meet operational needs while supporting strategic decisions.
• Investor Fund Management: Track investor funds, ensuring proper allocation and compliance, and provide clear, accurate reports on fund performance.
• Fund Accounting: Oversee fund accounting processes, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and balances are reconciled in a timely manner.
• Treasury Banking: Support our treasury team by managing bank accounts, coordinating transfers, and ensuring optimal use of funds for operations and investments.
• Operational Finance Support: Perform various operational finance tasks to keep everything running smoothly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial data.
• Process Improvement: Constantly assess and suggest improvements to our financial reporting and analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly US GAAP standards, maintaining high-quality reporting and data integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced Excel Skills: You should be proficient in Excel, including functions like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and financial modeling.
• Accounting Background: Solid knowledge of accounting principles, with hands-on experience in preparing financial reports, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting, with a solid understanding of the financial planning process.
• Analytical Thinking: You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Clear Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
