Job Description
- Manage and monitor the accounts payable process.
- Ensure a timely and accurate invoice.
- Data entry of accounts payable.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Utilize Tally ERP to manage day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the system.
- Assist with various general accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliations and so on.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
We re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
