Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, be capable of leading integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution, and be passionate about creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Location: Anywhere in India (Remote - WFH)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing.

What is the business

We are getting into the business of providing services such as plumbing, electricals, moving using AI to customers in the UK through a chatbot. Our business is at the intersection of technology and sustainability.

We will be starting the service of picking up used materials (eg. old furniture, fridge) from offices and houses which needs to be taken to a recycling facility. Customers book the collection service on our platform and our drivers pick up the items to take them to the recycling centre.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Track and optimise campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.

SEO & SEM

• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for SEO, driving organic traffic and improving rankings.
• Manage search engine marketing (SEM) activities, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.

Programmatic Advertising

• Develop, execute, and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., DSPs, ad exchanges).

Email Marketing

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, special offers, and brand news.
• Segment customer lists, personalise email content, and monitor key metrics (open rates, CTR, etc.) for performance improvement.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report on KPIs, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Provide actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.

Market Research & Trends

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and adjust strategies accordingly.

Key Skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools.

Analytical Skills

• Strong ability to interpret data, analyse metrics, and derive actionable insights.
