Urgent Opening For Accounts Executive / Branch Accountant - Vadodara

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing fee structure & fee software for different programs.
• Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis.
• Fee recovery from late fee students.
• On-time fee deposition in the bank (Cash, Cheques, DDs).
• Managing PDCs and their timely deposition and posting.
• Verifying calculation and processing of left-out students.
• Cash reconciliation with accounts and bank.
• Clarifying doubts of students and parents regarding payments/receipts.
• Handling some assigned administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure timely receipt of all the payments received.
• Deposit of all registration/aptitude fee cash with the designated bank account over every weekend (Fri/Sat) or if accumulated Rs.5,000, whichever is earlier.
• Submission of cash imprest expenses before the end of the month or before the request for more imprest, whichever is earlier.
• Issuance of Cash in hand certificate to corporate office on the last day of every month.
• Ensure accurate crediting of all the received payments, instalments & admissions.
• Review and track the key metrics on a regular basis and generate various reports.
• Ensure closure of any pending transactions on a FIFO basis.
• A monthly forecast of expenses.
• Knowledge of Tally.
