Field Service Engineer

Position : SERVICE ENGINEER

Location : PATNA, BIHAR

Job Profile :

- Should Install, Maintain and attend any service related calls at hospitals for all Phoenix Products

- Should be willing to travel extensively

- Should complete the assigned call within the specified Turn Around Time (TAT)

- Should update CRM as soon as call is completed

- Revenue Generation through AMC/CMC and sales of spares, consumables and disposables

- Should ensure Customer Delight by providing on time support

- Should continuously Upgrade technical knowledge and skills through trainings etc and should be knowledgeable on the new trends and technologies in the Medical field.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile : Candidates who have experience in Medical equipment servicing and maintenance will have an added advantage.
