Field Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Provide field service support for ophthalmic equipment such as fundus cameras, AMCs, CMCs, and eyecare devices.
• Perform breakdown maintenance and repair of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct troubleshooting activities to identify issues with medical devices and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve technical queries related to eye care products.
• Ensure timely completion of scheduled maintenance activities at customer locations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in a similar role
• Skills: Good knowledge of Ophthalmology/Eyecare devices
• Location: Guwahati (NE) , Kolkata-East Zone, Pune-Maharashtra
• Availability: Immediate joiner preferred
• Salary: Competitive and based on industry standards
