FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE - REFRACTIONIST

Job Description 

The Field Sales Executives are also refractionsists, as you will undergo a training of 45 days which is paid training. Where you will get to learn and understand types of eye checks.

As you've been in your role, you are expected to attend to the leads assigned by the company, perform an eye test, and make sales of specks (according to the training done). 

You will also be carrying a kit that is around 20 kg weight which includes all the optical instruments and optical frames.

* Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.

* Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products

* Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors.

Job Specifications:

* On Roll Job with Lenskart.

* Customer Appointment will be provided by the company to do an Eye Checkup

* On-the-job training provided

* No Cold calling is required

Salary Rs 2,88,000 + Unlimited Incentives

Eligibility

* Qualification Graduate

* Only Male candidates would be preferred

* Two Wheeler and valid DL are compulsory
