Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, email etiquette etc.
• Strong interpersonal, Negotiation, Relationship Building, team coordination
• Knowledge of job portals and other prevalent sources of IT recruitment.
• Strong screening, interviewing, coordinating experience
• Flexible to work from office (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and using Social Networking, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent
• Excellent client engagement and stake holder management
• Strong screening, interviewing, business judgment and time management skills

• Proven ability to map the market to build qualified and potential pipelines
• Interface with business managers to understand and anticipate their people requirements & identify potential talent/resource pool.
• Manage team effectively, monitor performance and daily activities
• Recommending appropriate sourcing strategy to the hiring managers which are cost effective and minimizes the reliance on search firms.
• Screen job applications for Senior and top management positions by matching them with the job requirements and conducting salary negotiation, interviews, reference checks etc.
• Develop and maintain network through Vendors, LinkedIn and other social networking sites.
• Managing offer process including providing up to date salary/ rate and market information, and comparing data to recent hires within the organization
• Maintain complete Recruitment Database (MRF, MIS, Cost per hire and adhoc reports) and accordingly prepare dashboards

• Should be flexible to Work from Office
