Job Summary:

From schools and resorts to recreational spaces and clubhouses, youll design inspiring environments with real impact. Collaborate with clients and professionals from concept to completion, creating functional, aesthetic, and innovative spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning: Develop architectural and interior designs for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver custom-tailored design solutions.
• Project Oversight: Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects while maintaining high design standards.
• Coordination: Work with engineers and consultants to integrate technical requirements with design elements.
• Site Management: Conduct site visits to ensure the design is being implemented correctly and quality is maintained.
• Presales Support: Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and project demos.
• Bidding: Prepare technical aspects of project bids to align with project goals and specifications.
• Research: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to innovate and elevate projects.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed contract drawings and secure necessary project approvals.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards for design quality and execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Education:

• B. Arch from a reputed institute or university.

Expertise & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture and interior design, managing projects of 30,000+ sq. ft. (residential, commercial, and institutional).
• Proven expertise in managing projects from concept to completion, with experience in client interactions, vendor coordination, and contractor management.
• Hands-on experience in 3D modeling and rendering using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Strong experience in delivering sustainable designs, with a focus on energy efficiency and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, IGBC).

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray for modeling, visualization, and rendering.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, technical drawings, site planning, and material selection.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client presentations, team collaboration, and interior design consultation.
