Lead on project sourcing activities (identification, assessment and contracting) in the local region and support existing projects with respect to the carbon market.
Ensure that sourcing flows and processes (including documentation and interaction with other teams) are in line with the company guidelines.
Understand client needs, gather market intelligence and identify industry trends.
Manage client s portfolio across the region
Manage budgeting and revenue of assigned region.
Develop a list of potential clients in key industries defined within the team s mandate
Requirement
Experience with 5+ years in similar roles or the industry.
Experience in project identification and screening for potential leads
Experience in scaling up a fast-growing organisation in the context of a highly competitive market environment
