• Design Product Visuals: Create and refine visual assets for Fello s marketing automation platform, focusing on in-product content like landing pages, consumer interfaces, emails, direct mail, and other key user touchpoints.
• Support Product Marketing and Brand: Collaborate on product marketing initiatives to design graphics that communicate product features, value propositions, and updates across multiple channels, and create brand-aligned visuals for our website, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Enhance User Engagement: Develop visually compelling assets that drive user engagement and make data and insights accessible, actionable, and appealing.
• Ensure Brand Consistency: Work within and expand Fello s design guidelines, ensuring a cohesive visual experience across all product-related materials.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing to produce cohesive, visually engaging assets that support strategic goals and user needs.
• Iterate with Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance the user experience.
• Stay Current on Design Trends: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to our platform by staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital and visual design, particularly within marketing automation.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in visual or graphic design, ideally within B2B SaaS, marketing automation, or data-driven platforms; experience with AI or data-rich content is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Auto Layout in Figma is required. Motion graphics or animation skills are a strong plus , enabling you to create dynamic, engaging visuals that enhance product storytelling and user experience.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, creativity, and ability to develop visually cohesive and engaging assets.
• Branding Expertise: Proven experience creating and managing brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail, color, typography, and composition that translates into pixel-perfect designs.
• Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating design choices.
