Tele Caller (Franchise Sales)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Franchise Sales Telecaller to join our team and assist in expanding our franchise network. This role involves engaging with prospective franchisees, providing them with information about our franchise opportunities, and ensuring effective communication to drive interest and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential franchisees via phone and email to present franchise opportunities.
• Explain the benefits, processes, and financial expectations of owning a franchise.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and prospects.
• Address queries, concerns, and objections raised by prospective franchisees.
• Schedule follow-up calls and meetings to progress the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to finalize deals and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Record and track all communication efforts, including successful and unsuccessful interactions.
• Stay updated on the companys franchise offerings and related industry trends.
• Achieve individual and team franchise sales targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or franchise development roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships over the phone.
• Proficiency in maintaining organized records and using CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with franchise sales processes is a bonus.
