Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage industrial product sales, including centrifugal pumps, compressors (air & vacuum), heat exchangers, valves, and separators.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
• Develop new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies and relationship-building with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory management, and customer interactions.
• Communicate product/service opportunities, developments, and feedback to company staff.
• Meet annual sales targets Diligently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and activity details.
• Ensure effective internal communication within the organization.
• Report to and meet with the Head of Sales monthly.
• Assemble, test products, and follow safety practices.
• Oversee domestic sales administration, monitor orders, and respond to customer queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-10 years of experience in industrial sales.
• Preferred backgrounds: Mechanical and engineering streams.
• Knowledge of pumps, Hydraulics, AOTD Pumps, Valves, Separators and Diaphragms
• Preference for regional language proficiency and good communication skills.
• Strong sales skills.
