Job Description
| Personnel Management: Supervise and manage the activities of station agents, train operators, and other staff during the assigned shift. Shift Coordination: Ensure that the shift runs smoothly, including timely train departures, station operations, and passenger assistance. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe environment for passengers and employees. Respond to emergencies and accidents as needed. Customer Service: Oversee station agents' interactions with passengers, providing information, assistance, and addressing passenger concerns and complaints. Schedule Adherence: Monitor and ensure that trains and services adhere to the schedule, adjusting as necessary to maintain on-time performance. Maintenance Oversight: Oversee routine maintenance tasks during the shift, coordinating with maintenance crews to minimize service disruptions. Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel and resources effectively to meet operational requirements, particularly during peak hours or special events. Security: Monitor the security of stations and trains, working with security personnel to address issues related to passenger safety and security. |
