- Assist in long-term financial planning, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring financial data is accurate and properly reported.
- Oversee external audits and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
- Monitor cash flow, ensuring the company maintains adequate liquidity for operations.
- Identify and manage financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
- Oversee and manage working capital, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring professional development and effective performance.
- Provide guidance on accounting policies and financial analysis to other departments.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance within the finance department.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making across all departments.
- Advise senior management on financial strategies, investment decisions, and business opportunities.
- Support the CFO and other executives in mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic financial initiatives.
