Roles and Responsibilities

• - Manage tender costs and present project cost and quotes to CEO in proper L1, L2,L3,L4 formats
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for construction projects.
  
• Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor selection, and contract management.
  
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to material availability and logistics.
