Area Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in B2B Steel long and Flat products
• Develop and execute effective channel strategies to increase revenue growth through direct sales channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Techno) to launch new products and promotions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of techno-commercial aspects of building materials such as Steel Segment
• Proven track record in achieving monthly/quarterly targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and management.
