Hr Executive And Generalist (Garment Exports Only)

1. Need to have in depth knowledge of Hiring from online portals like Nakuri, LinkedIn, Indeed.

2. Need to have knowledge of Nakuri Resdex to find appropriate candidates as per JD

3. Need to have minimum 2 years of experience in hiring, performance analysis, appraisal and other HR activities

• End to End hiring for different roles as per the need
• Making SOP, KPIs and other metrics for monitoring
• Making performance reports for all departments
• Making HR budget, cost analysis of hiring, cost per hire, etc
• Revenue per employee
• Employee rating and potential
• Develop and implement new HR strategies
• Lead the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive HR experience
• Proven experience in conducting performance and appraisal management, additionally must be knowing how to come up with a foolproof monitoring system to track the productivity of all employees on the day to day basis
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Fluent or Native in English
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
